I help leaders make sense of complexity—and take action.

With more than two decades of experience across K–12 education, higher education, and nonprofit leadership, my work focuses on how organizations actually function beneath the surface—across strategy, systems, and decision-making. I work with leaders navigating high-stakes challenges where clarity, alignment, and execution matter.

I hold a Ph.D. in Education and bring formal training in research, measurement, and evaluation. This allows me to not only design systems, but to make them observable, measurable, and responsive over time.

My perspective is also shaped by years in the classroom, first with children, and later with adult learners, where I saw how patterns of learning, development, and decision-making carry across every stage of life. Across all of this, my work centers on a simple idea: when systems are clear and aligned, people can do their best work.
